I'm new and learning every day so I might be a bit off base here
looking through the screen shots there are a lot of settings which are quite different than what I'm printing with.
I'm not one for drastic action, in this case I would consider a full reset to get back to ground zero for settings. after losing in again you will be able to re-select your printer and start off with a configuration that is likely closer to what you are looking for.
what material are you printing with (ABS, PLA etc), what brand filament? What printer is this on?
Ones that stood out:
* 1.23 extrusion multiplier seems high. Read that PLA starts around .9 and ABS around 1.0
* .27 layer height is over 70% of the .35 extruder, I have read that the layer height should be no more than 70% of the extrusion width, granted you are likely over-extruding this still seems high,
* first layer height seems high - would adjust to 90-100%. if you are having problems sticking to the bed start with leveling the bed - I have been using a .4 gauge this weekend and the results have been good so far
* thats a lot of skirt outlines
* interior fill % is 0 - defaults around 20, I use 30 which works well for me
* outline overlap is low, defaults in the 20s for my printer, I use 27%
* support infill is high, support pillars are set to 8mm, 4mm works well, less for finer overhangs
* overhangs is set to 60, 45 should be fine
* can't see extruder temp, not sure on bed temp, depends on the material being used
* is there a reason for reducing the fan speed on layer 51?
* startup script on mine is full of stuff, not sure if this is normal for your printer or not.
hi,
because with the program Repetier + Care can make better prints, even if they are not perfect for mechanical problems, rather with simplify3D not.
I can transfer the settings of care simplify3D or setting system is different?
