have you tried resetting and starting with the stock settings versus adjusting a few settings? sometimes its better to start fresh as it looks like you changed a lot of things. Consider resetting and starting fresh, just adjust the temp for the platform to 50 and the extruder temp to 215 to get started - leave everything else stock and post up a picture and the FFF file.

There is not any that has a Prusa i3 that I can help in configuring the program.

I'm not sure if there is a way to transfer, I doubt it though. I did read the extrusion multiplier is reversed in some programs, so even if you manually move everything over one program might read the value differently than another resulting in print quality differences.
