dual extrusion with different material

I'm trying to print with PLA on the left head and PolyFlex on the right. I have profile for each which is working well. After some tries with the wizard I went manual, but the results aren't as good for the PolyFlex as they are standalone. its like the retraction and extrusion multiplier aren't working like they do when I print PolyFlex alone.

can you guys and gals see if I got this right?

* load both models, align them
* create new process using PLA profile, set to dual extruder, select model 1, select left extruder as primary in the layer setting, turn on ooze shield
* create new process using PolyFlex profile, set to dual extruder, select model 2, select right extruder as primary in the layer setting, turn on ooze shield

note that to get the different temperatures correct I had to set the temp in both processes for both extruders

* when printing select both processes.

will doing this retain the unique settings such as extrusion multiplier, retraction, perimeter shells, infill settings for each extruder?

I have a model I've been working on and everything prints great in S3D individually and when I use PLA on both extruders (other than the ooze shield not sticking well)

thanks

Yes, if you create 2 processes like that, each one can have it's own independent settings for everything you mentioned
