Center and Arrange ignoring model too big on Y and Z axes

Hi guys,
Using 'Center and Arrange', if my model is too big on the X axis, S3D will tell me that the arrangement could not be performed. However if my model is too big on the Y axis, it will happily place it at Y=0 completely ignoring that the model is exceeding my Y Max for my printer. Same thing with the Z axis. Is this a bug or am I missing something?

Also, it would be awesome if S3D could do automatic rotation based on a model's convex hull, to optimize fit if there's only one model on the stage. (This is far too complex to do with multiple models on the stage).
