I've looked for an answer to this but have not found it.
For sequential printing, do I assign one unique process to each model? So that if I want to print 40 small objects I need 40 processes?

The answer is that there is one process needed per part if I want to print each part by itself. So, for example, I set up to print 16 parts and so I used the same process template 16 times, but assigned one part to each process. Now each part is printed completely before moving on to print the next part. It is awesome. Now I don't have to be super concerned about missing the change to a new spool because only one part will be messed up. Also, because each part is fully printed before the next, then I know that at any given point I have x number of successes. The success of the one does not rely on the success of the many. Very Treky.

I ran into a problem with sequential printing. Two things that do not make sense:
1) When I place a raft under an object(s), just the raft prints and then the remaining objects without rafts print, and THEN the objects that have rafts under them print. So why doesn't S3D print the raft and then the object? So, to be clearer, Process1,2, and 3 all have rafts. Process 4,5, and 6 do not. What happens is that the rafts for processes 1, 2, and 3 print and the the objects for processes 4, 5, and 6 print and then the objects for 1, 2, and 3 print on their rafts.
2) When I have used a process multiple times for sequential printing and I make a change to the Profile and Update it, why is that change not cascaded to the other processes? They all use the same Profile and I changed the Profile.

More inconsistencies with sequential printing: If I apply two Profiles to a single model, the parts do not print in sequence one whole model at a time. Instead, the first process prints on all models and THEN the second process prints on all models. Thus defeating the main purpose of printing sequentially.
So far I'd have to say that sequential printing is half-baked.
