circle printing pingpong instead of circular

Hello,

I printed transparent material for the first time
it's a bottle (cylindrical shape of course)

well there is a vertical seam that is caused by the software printing circles in a pingpong way, instead of starting the next layer at the same position it goes back where it cames from to print the next layer

I enabled the vase option whitch appeard to be the one addressing the issue,

now, not only the supports (and other options) are disabled while the bottle needs it and the nozzle keeps going pingpong just the same marking the seam somewhere else at another angle

how can I fix this ?

thanks

Firstly....this forum might be provided by Simplify3D, but the company does not contribute to the discussions....so, virtually every post is made by S3D users, none of whom are paid to respond to demands for help!

If you really want some help, perhaps you could attach a factory file for the model you are having issues with. Then....provided you have asked nicely for help, someone is likely to take a look at your settings and give some advice on how you can get a better print.
