Da Vinci 1.0 AiO failed to connect

Hi,

Sorry for my english, it's not my mother tongue...
(french, italian... little german...)

I have the 3D printer XYZprinting Da Vinci 1.0 AiO, and have little problem with the configuration assistant : My printer is missing.
I have selected all XYZprinting Da Vinci 1.0 profile and have always the same message : Failed to connect to the machine...

What to do ?

I've been struggling with an AIO and v4.0 for years. The only way I made it work was using simplify3d 3.1.1 and setting hardware flow control to on. It does work reliably that way but you lose all the advancements of v 3 to v 4.
