Have you used their hosted compatibility checker?
Seems their team has a profile in the configuration assistant!

Hi there
Did you end up getting support for your Snapmaker?
I have one and assumed because the compatibility check was good, that the software would have my printer listed. Alas, it did not.
I have sent a support email, but I'm curious if you got some assistance already?
