These layers fail when flexed. I went through the help guide. I did not see a similar issue there. So I'm trying to figure out how to resolve it.
Quality Issue in Flexible TPU
We have 3 printers (Robo 3d Plus with flexion extruders). we use the same gcode files for all three printers. 2 print parts perfectly. the last one has recently started having an issue with intermittent layers printing poorly. See pictures:

It looks like your having an issue with layer adhesion. What temperature / speed are you using? Also, is this an old spool and how high is your humidity?

All printers are running at 206 and 2000mm/min (we did temp towers to find the best printing temp)
It's with new rolls. I haven't had any humidity issues before and the 3 printers are side by side, only one with issue.

Did you run the same temperature towers on all printers? If not, could it be that the thermistor is a little out of calibration on the errant one? Perhaps try a slightly higher temperature on that one and see whether it helps?
