Beginner need some help

Hi
Bevore buying simplify3d I was using Curia as slicing software. To get more control over my Prints I switched to simplify3d. But after 10 hours of trying I'm not able to print just a simple Token.
Im using PLA on a LokBuild surface with Bed Temperature of 60 and Temperatur of the Extruder of 190.
The bed is leveled as good as I can, printing with curia works fine with the distance between the extruder an the bed. But printing the same tokens with simplify3d isn't working at all. The first layer of the token in the middle isn't that bad, but the following layers are bad, for me it seems that there is to less material. The first layer of the first and third token are that bad that I have to cancel the print. I'm using a Wanhao Duplicator i3 Plus Mark2 and in simplify3d I'm using the corresponding profile.
What could be the problem?
thanks for your help

Re: Beginner need some help

I am thinking it may need to be a bit closer to the bed but also what print speed? What are the first layer settings?

You could try to up the bed temp to 65 and up the extruder temp to 205 for the first layer.

Re: Beginner need some help

Sorry for the delay in wrinting back, I was very busi. The print-speed is 30.0 mm/sek. and the first layer 50% of that speed. I now try to print the first layer with a temperatur of 210 and the rest with a temperatur of 200. I'll give you a feedback with the result. If you are interested, i've attached my .fff File.
Thanks a lot for your help (and sorry for my englisch...)

Re: Beginner need some help

I would try to adjust the z down slightly for it looks like results I've experienced in the past where the nozzle is so close it just won't extrude as a simple test using LokBuild and it should be noted others like Buildtak and Gecko all have different distances that work best as well so a bit of experimentation is needed and be sure that build plate is dead level and NOT warped.
