Internal Strengthning around openings Slic3rPE vs S3D

I am in the process of upgrading my Prusa 2s -> 2.5.
In that process I have been diving into why the Slic3rPE estimates11 hrs to print files whereas S3D estimates 5.5 hrs.

In that detective work I found that Slic3rPE generates much more material around openings. This provides quite a lot stronger part which is an advantage for mechanical parts.
You can see an example of this around the belt anchorage, but also many other areas (the two images are both from the same Z level from the two slicers)

Is there anyway to increase the strength around openings in the same way in S3D such to achieve a stronger part?
(Increasing the infill pct is not the optimal solution.)

Thanks in advance.
