First layer infill gaps

Hello,
I'm new both here and to s3d.

I'm having a little bit of trouble getting my first layer sliced properly.

I have gaps between the perimeters and infill.

What am I doing wrong?

The gaps are not present when I use 45° infill, but I need these lines to be horizontal.

Thanks!

Re: First layer infill gaps

You need to add some Outline Overlap to make the infill cover all of the area. I suggest you start with 40%.....and increase if necessary if the gaps don't go.

Re: First layer infill gaps

Thanks, I've made them to disappear on 60% overlap.
But does not make this the perimeters to bulge on the other sides ?
