Not sure if this has been mentioned before but if the printer software could be configured to provide the option to purposely put a feature that is raised above the print table surface a few mm in the corners of the bottom support structure (maybe user select-able for one corner or all corners) then that could be used as an easy pry point for lifting the part off of the work surface.
