[SOLVED]Skirt Under Model?

Trying to print this model but something funky is going on. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2833954

I rotate it -90 degrees on Y to get flat and no supports. For some reason part of the part is removed on the first layer, then goes over the skirt eventually tying in together with main part via infill at the 5th layer. Something wrong with the .stl?

It looks like this model is not exactly 90 degrees off of 0. I used the Place Surface on Bed command found in the edit menu to lay the bottom face flat on the bed and that seemed to do the trick! This tool can also be used with the hotkey Cmd + L or Ctrl + L.

Nice! Thanks for the quick response. That's a good command to be aware of. Looks like there is slight rotation on other axis to get it flat
