Gaps in Object after slicing?!?

Hi,

i have sliced a lot with S3D, but now i have an object which seems not to be sliced right...

In solid view there are no gaps, and in cure it is sliced correctly.

But in S3D there occur errors after slicing like missing lines which produce gaps. Object and Screenshot comparison attached.

Any idea where it comes from? Screenshots comparison attached showing the issue on one of the corners. But there are more errors when sliced in S3D on this object. I thought the object is the problem but on cura it works fine.

Screenshots \ File attached.

Anybody an idea where that issue comes from?

Best Regards, DioABD

I guess nobody has responded because there are no photos attached......and the information there is makes it impossible for anyone to comment.

Just guessing, but if there are thin walls you need to turn on single extrude walls and single extrude fill on the advanced page. You should also check the model for errors the repair tab.. cura ignores some things S3D does not.
