Allow Single Extrusion Walls causing Parts of Benchy's anchor hole frame to go missing

When I change the External Thin Wall Type to "Allow Single Extrusion Walls", parts of the model go missing. See below:

Looks like you might have found a bug in the code changes for single extrusion processing that has been there since its introduction in v4.0.0.

I've tested on all three v4+ releases and its the same on all three.
