Geeetech A10 profile

Hi everyone, sorry if this is a daft question but I’m new to 3D printing and very new to Simplify3D. I am trying to set up my Geeetech A10 and although Simplify3D says it’s compatible I cannot see the A10 printer.on the profile list. I have used the Greeetech A30 profile, is this the correct setting?

Thank you.

I also have a printer that's listed in their advertisements but isn't in the available list (Craftbot 3).

Simple suggestion to you both......contact Support and ask them for a profile.

Re: Geeetech A10 profile

Why would I ask support for a profile? I assume if the profile exists it would be listed in the list of available machines in the wizard. Are you saying that these profiles exist, but only the old printers are made available on demand through S3D machine setup, while new printers must be manually requested and imported?

….because the website compatibility checking page has this statement... "If you do not find your printer in the drop-down list, please make sure you have updated to the latest version of Simplify3D, or contact us directly so we can assist you with downloading the correct printer profile. "

I suggest you contact Support and ask them this question.
