Customize Support Structures Problem in 4.1.1?

The Customize Support Structures tool doesn't behave the way that it should S3D 4.1.1.

Issue 1
In previous versions custom/manual supports and settings would override what was set in the Profile (FlashForge Creator Pro).
With 4.1.1 if the Profile has Support Type is set to From Build Platform Only then the customize supports won't generate supports when it is set to Normal. Likewise, when the Profile is set to Normal and supports are generated in the customize tool with it set to From Build Platform Only, it creates supports from the Build Platform Only but when I slice it adds supports that are not from the build platform.
This can be replicated with any model that has overhang.

Issue 2
I haven't done proper tests to confirm this but it also appears that the Generate Automatic Supports function in Customize doesn't place supports where it should.

Why not post a factory file for your tests her? It can then be used by Support to replicate and resolve the issue!
