I want to know if anyone knows if I can connect Simplify 3d to a Smoothieware. If so, with which parameters? For the moment I read that it is compatible with Pronterface, but I do not like this software. I want to continue with Simplify.

Yes, it works fine with smoothieware. Here's the gcode tab settings that are compatible with smoothieware.
