UI Glitch on new laptop

I have recently purchased a new laptop and have tried installing simplify3D, unfortunately I am getting a weird UI glitch and Simpify3D is not usable. Has anyone had a similar issue before ?

Here is a picture of what it looks like on my new laptop.

The laptop I am using is an Acer Nitro an515-42, with the following specs:

- Processor - AMD Ryzen 7 2700U
- GPU - Radeon RX 560X 4GB
- RAM - 16GB

I have tried various version but nothing seems to be fixing it, any help is appreciated.

It looks like the refresh rate is too high. Have you made any changes to the display driver or other video card/display settings?

Try booting the machine into "safe mode" and see if the problem persists.
