Where did I go wrong??

I printed the following (same file), one in Cura and on in S3d.
The one in Cura came out pretty good, but my settings in S3D are off and I am looking for a bit of guidance please.
The top image is the print from S3d and it seems that i have really messed up something in the settings.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

It's somewhat difficult to suggest which of your settings require adjusting when we don't know what they are currently!

Can you please attach a factory file to a post so someone has a chance of knowing what needs changing. File menu.....Save Factory file.
