Wouldn't it be good to have a feature to have "Infill Multiplier or Extrusion Line Width"? This feature is in Slic but not in Cura.
Setting manual extrusion width in the Extruder Tab will also affect the Perimeter Shell Width which will lead to a bigger size print and smaller holes.
This feature request will allow user to set a broader extrusion line width infill so as to speed up printing time without compromising print quality, and I believe yield a stronger print.

An option to specify the infill extrusion width was added in version 2.2
