Linux arm64 binaries

I wanted to use Simplify3D on Rpi 4 with 4GB RAM with Ubuntu 64 bits. This is quite standard configuration for a Linux Arm64 setup.
I believe it should not be too difficult to compile for it. Much easier than doing Windows arm64.

I'm ready to beta test.

Also please keep in mind Macs with arm64 are comming so this expirience can come handy.
Since release of Rpi 4 8GB version and 64 bit Raspberry Pi OS 64 bit it should soon become more popular as a desktop replacement.

The only drawback I see is little IDEs to debug on it. Gnu debugger and maybe atom. But hopefully should work without much debugging.

Currently one of my uses of Simplify3D is on weak Atom 4GB based Windows 10 PC and I believe it would run better on Rpi 4.
