@jtree - if you send an email to support (at) re3d.org, we can take a look at your situation. The most common thing that causes this is a screen saver being activated (interrupts USB only) or windows update that restarts the computer (USB or SD can be affected). But if you email us with some more details about exactly when this happens and what the signature of "unresponsive" is, we can get you printing again ASAP!
