Sliced shape is different than starting model

The part has a hole thru down the center, as you can see middle and right, but when sliced (left) it is adding 3 sort of platforms in green as you can see.

The middle pic is trying it in Cura, to test if the model is bad or not, fine it cura, but S3D (my primary slicer) not.

Any thoughts on the cause? I didn't find anything in the settings to do this but maybe.

And I assume you did so by running the model through a repair program such as 3CBuilder or NettFab.
