I can´t use my V4 anymore. It shows that I already have the maximum License used but when I try to deactivate one but there is only the V5 I can deactivate.

Thank you for the link S3D-Jason. But why isn't that link on the Account page? You say it's the "same link as before," as if we all have a bookmark for that specific page. How is anyone supposed to know it's there? The same "License Management" menu option on the dashboard that I have always clicked on now only shows V5 for me, so by all appearances there's no way to manage V4 installations after upgrading to V5. I think you're just talking about the online license management. Once you upgrade to V5, it changes to show your V5 installation right at the top. However, the old V4 installations can still be viewed using the same link as before:
