Speed and Multiplier Wheels in Machine Control Panel

Hey, please bring back the speed and multiplier wheels in machine control panel.

What I don't understand is why they messed with the Control Panel in the first place. It worked really well, and people were used to it. I don't recall seeing any feature requests for it. Instead, they clearly wasted a lot of time & energy messing it up, instead of focusing on getting the important part of the program out faster and with fewer bugs.

It appears like it might be a standalone program. I've been wondering if you could track down the executable, and swap in the V4 one...
