Automatic loading changed STL doesn't reset support structures

Hi there,

the software is really awesome. I like it a lot, but i discovered one small problem (totally a luxury problem).

When i load a model and add support structures (automatic or manually) these structures stay there, even if the model is reloaded when simplify3d discovers that the model has changed. When the user decides to let the model reload and print it right away the support structures may not fit the model he reloaded from disc.

I think it would be better to remove the support structures when a change is detected and the user decides to let the model reload. Maybe it is also good, if the view is resetted to model mode when currently being in preview mode, since the preview doesn't represent the loaded model when it was reloaded.

Re: Automatic loading changed STL doesn't reset support structures

We actually had a lot of customers ask for the exact opposite behavior! They wanted to make one small edit to their part and didn't want it to completely remove all of the custom supports they had spent time adding. So that's how it works in V5.

You can just click the trash icon in the bottom toolbar if you want to remove all the existing supports for a model and start over.
