First print nozzle scrubbing kapton tape on bed

Tried my first print, made sure and asked on the configuration for my FlashForge Pro, set the print up and started it,then the nossel of the extruder was right on top of kapton tape and no filament would even come out, it was right on top of the tape and there was a super thin coating of the abs and seem to not be moving. What did I miss in the setup? I wish there was more detailed setup instructions.... Just lucky it didn't drag across the build plate and scratch it.

This is the z height setting on your machine or you have a value accidently put in the gcode offsets for the z axis. Make sure all the offsets are at zero. If they are then you need to calibrate your machine

Changed the first layer height to 100% from 90%, and pretty much solved the problem.
