S3D Hanging up/Not Responding MAC OS

Well, installed and got through a couple settings issues yesterday and printed a yoda bust. Now I cannot get anything to work. S3d just hangs and pinwheels my mac, os 10.9.5 16Gb ram. When I try to import a model, Had to force quit 3 times already. Crap this sucks, was trying to print and raptor hand to give away.......Restarted and no difference. Just goes to not responding... What gives?

try:

sudo rm /Users/your_username/Library/Application\ Support/Simplify3D/Creator/*

This will delete any residual files and pretty much reset your s3d to factory
