Raptor hands and such require a scale % from the base 100% of the object file, this would be greatly appreciated.

sully, double click the model. you can scale in % right from there.

I don't see an option to scale in percentage by doing that only by denominations of 1's.

I'd like to see an option to scale by 1-100%

In the Scale dialog boxes, 1.0000 = 100%. 0.9000 = 90%, etc. You can set the scale to any value you want within 0.01%.
