QiDi X-Max 3 WiFi, Ethernet not communicating.

Hi,
I have the QiDi X-Max 3 with their last update V4.3.6 firmware. I am using a Mac with the OS 13.5.1 last update.
I can see on the printer screen my WiFi network and connect to it. I can see my Ethernet ip address as well.
Simplify3D can't find the printer when I use the Machine Control Panel and the New Connection Wizard.

What should I do?

Have you already tried manually entering the printer IP address in the New Connection Wizard?

Some networks and firewalls may block the discovery process, so sometimes the IP address must be entered manually.
