Do the quality selectors only change the layer height?

I was under the impression that the quality drop down effected multiple (if not all) settings in a profile but apparently I'm wrong, and the only changes I could see were the layer height. Is there a way to change this? For example speeds, retraction, cooling, supports, and more are all settings that not only change with the material but the quality as well. The settings for printing PETG as beautifully as possible are *very* different from those for printing PETG as strong as possible. Anyone know a way to make this work or do I just have to create a new profile for every quality level of every filament type?

You can configure what settings change for each quality level. Click Edit Process Settings, then click the "..." button to the right of Save as New and choose "Assign settings to categories". Change the drop down for any settings to change which category controls it,
