I'm using Simplify3D 5.1.2 and get a Anycubic Kobra S1 combo. It's supported from Simplify3D, but I didn't find the printer in the configuration assistant. Should I write a mail to anycubic or is there a way to import a new list of printers?

Why isn't there an "Update Printer Profile" option?
If you buy the software, you want to use it without all the back-and-forth in the forum. And if it's known that there are new printers, they can be integrated into the software right away.
