Extrusion Multiplier in multiple processes

I stumbled into something today that I have struggled with for over a year with regard to S3D and trying to run extrusion calibration parts.

If I have a simple calibration part, and I set it up to print it runs fine. If I put multiple of the same part in a file, and set up a process for each of the parts, the only difference being the extrusion multiplier, then only the first part that was defined prints correctly. I really cant fathom what it does to the rest of them, its like it just massively over extrudes them.

This is something that has caused me problems every time I've tried to set up batches of calibration parts. I've never quite narrowed it down like this before due to other issues with the slicing and model geometry I won't go into here. I've posted a factory file. I encourage you to try to run it.
