I finally got it to connect
Turns out all i had to do was in Tool> Firmware configuration>Communications ...was turn off ( un-check) the "wait for startup command"

Guys, you are very kind for all suggests, but is a software trouble...
i just have same software under win and mac under same somputer, 2.12 work fine, 2.20 not see printer, in the last suggest developer try to suggest me to exchange some ddl from two software version, for me that i develop for a bit (5 years), is clear that they change something about communication protocol, they not did track about this, and now in random environment not work...
i tried to format and install fresh OS under win and mac, on same computer, same problem, i treid on different computer (notebook) and i found same problem, i tried with another 3d printer with notebook, same problem...

Another chapter...
i install under windows 2.2.2 and now ... it tell that connect to machine, but cannot connect really to the machine, but at same time it cahnge something on Os, be cause 2.1.2 installed stop to work ...
OH MY GOD...
naturally if i reboot under mac, continue to print with 2.1.2 and not with 2.2.x, if restore windows image of Os BEFORE 2.2.2 install i can print with 2.1.2 and not with 2.2.x...
fortunately that i keep Os image...
