[ADDED] Select objects on table and move as one unit

Dual printing:
I need to be able to select two objects (or any number of objects out of any number of objects) present on the print table,
and move & rotate the two objects as one unit around or along a common axis.

At the present S3D is not set up for dual printing, available commands works well for single object only.
With dual printing two objects have a relative position to each other (they fit together).
Turn them on the side and they should still fit together (rotation around x- or y-axis).
Put them on the table (x-y-plane) as one unit, their relative position should be unchanged.

This is the case for MakerWare, for example, but that is freeware and I paid for S3D… wait a minute...! It should be the other way around!
As of now, only the simplest kind of dual printing i.e. different material for part and support is working without a hassle.
True dual printing is a hassle, unfortunaly. The pr t g part always need to move together with the in in part.
So: Select, move & rotate commands need an upgrade, plz!

Re: Dual print: Select objects on table and move as one unit

This feature has been added in version 3.0. You can now select and move multiple models at once. You can even group them together if you want them to always behave as a single part.
