Will S3D run on a winbook or other win8.1 tablet?

if it is running full windows with an x86 32 or 64 bit processor then yes. If it is running an ARM or NVIDIA tegra processor then no

The software is already touch-screen compatible. I run it with my Surface Pro all the time and it works great!
