Re: S3D v4.0.1 Bug Reports

Your understanding is very faulty.
My settings are fine for that part.
There should be a brim attached to the part.
So...
Skirt layers 1
Skirt offset 0
Skirt outlines 5

Which generates as it should if there is only one process:

Please see the images at the top of: https://www.simplify3d.com/support/arti ... and-brims/ to differentiate between skirt and brim.

When you prepare to print, instead of clicking on "Select All" in the pop-up window, click on the two in-selected processes in the list so all three are then highlighted.

Now click OK......and see what the result is.

Now you can see what the real bug is!....which is not that serious after all!

Heh, nice catch.
When done like that it brims all the objects - something is really wrong with this.

Re: S3D v4.0.1 Bug Reports

Now move the three parts away from each other and try both methods of slicing.

The issue is that you have the parts too close together....and the bounding boxes....which cannot be seen.....are overlapping and the brim settings for one part are being used for all of them.

As I said.....not a show-stopping issue. Yes, it is a bug...but a minor one not worth getting het up about!

Ah, so that's the problem. Thanks for the explanation.
