[ADDED] Honeycomb, SD saving, and purge walls

Hi S3D,

You asked for a feature request so here goes:

1: Honey Comb infill

2: Save to and Print from SD (that's already in the bot)

3: On/Off Purge Wall Option (Very important please!!!)

Thanks! Loving your software and it's all I use now! I still have to use Makaware for dual_trusion prints tho simply because of the purge wall option.

honeycomb infill and purge walls were added in version 3.0. There is also an option to upload files to the SD card and print directly from the bot. Although, many times it is much quicker to manually copy the files since USB serial communication is quite slow
