Account for jerk and acceleration changes in time estimations
If I change my acceleration values in the gcode, the estimated print time does not change. It would be nice to have accurate time estimations when running with lower than default acceleration. Also, it would be nice to have a setting to adjust acceleration/jerk etc. instead of having to add it to my start scripts.
