Hello,
i often check if the perimeters are well printed with the desired layer height. It would be so nice if the algorithm can detect based on the layer height if it's to coarse and switch down to a smaller one dynamically. Or at least it shows a warning if for examples fillets to wide to print properly with 200 microns for example. And it might look better printed in 50 microns and switch after to 200 microns when possible. This has a big impact in printing quality and time. I could imagine to create processes for each layer height change. As the user actually can do manually. On those models where it creates to much processes there should be a warning before.
Just as a hint what i do. I look into the preview and if there is a from the bottom a light blue perimeter visible then i know that the angle isn't steep enough for a good printing quality. I am pretty sure even i don't know the object handling algorithms that's not a big deal.
Thank you for the good work,
Daniel
