Simultaneous heat of bed and extruder(s) on startup

Please provide an option to have the bed and the extruders start heating at the same time at the beginning of a print. It is unnecessary to have these operations sequential and it just makes the build take that much longer.

I know some printers can't handle that due to the power supply. But I like having that option with a disclaimer "check your printer".

Bearing in mind the warning, this can already be set up in your starting script. See this thread....and many others on the forum covering this subject:

I wonder about the wisdom of heating both at the same time. The extruder heats quickly anyway and could bake the filament while waiting for the bed to stabilize.
