I'm struggling with my new use of S3D. When trying to utilize the Raft feature, I keep getting parts that are over-adhered to the raft. The initial separation distance was somewhere around .18mm, but my first lay height (due to how I'm joining two components that a mirrors) is short (.05mm). Thus, the first bead doesn't even touch the bed. When I reduced the separation distance to something closer to the layer height, like .02, the model prints just fine, but does not separate.
Can anyone shed some light on what I'm doing wrong? I've tried both 205 C and 210 C using PLA, neither work.
