Object Disappears after Prepare to Print (only supports are visible)

Hello all,

After I press "Prepare to Print!", the object disappears (only the supports are visible).

A lot of threads have discussed this issue but I am not able to find a solution.

So I have posted my factory file. I would appreciate if anyone could help.

Y-piece slices okay on my PC. I think you need to look at your hardware...…

Hopefully, someone may be able to suggest what you now need to do.

if you are using 4.1.2 version , you need to log in your sofware
older version work well without log in
