Profile issues - not changing machine size

I use multiple printers and have been using profiles for each on my mac for some time. Recently imported a profile from my windows machine and ever since my profile don't seem to work properly. When I change profiles, they switch my settings to a Delta style or keep the current machine size settings, etc, Never happened before. Seems odd. I am using S3D 4.12. Even created a new machine with assistant (an Ender 2 assistant choice) and it kept the axis size at 340 x 340 x375 - which is my current machine.

did you have a look at the "G-Code"-tab, especially the "Update Machine Definition" and "Update Firmware Configuration" options?

yes. Both are checked.
