Firmware/Communication Settings

Hey, please bring back the communication settings like:

- buffer command value
- M105 without M27 (I even don't know why you implented it)
- possibility to change the integer value of the fans (not just 0-255, add 0-100)
- unique tool change from T0/1 to M6 T0/1 (like in CNC machines and you want to deliver industrial customers i guess)

Yes please! Remove that pesky M27 which nobody needs!!

And PLEASE bring back my V4 licenses ASAP ...
