I should have gotten the hint when I saw there was no Profile for the E3D Toolchanger.
I added a profile manually, imported a multiple extruder set of models and started up the "Wizard".
OUCH!!!
Only TWO extruders?!?! and my added profile is not included in the profile list!
This is REAL bad! Unbelievable!
and you people charged us for this new version!!!

I just tested this myself and it seems to be working. For example, go to Help > Configuration Assistant, choose the option at the bottom to manually configure your machine, and then I updated the specs to say that there are 5 extruders. Complete the wizard, then import 5 different models (1 for each extruder). Then go to Tools > Multi Extrusion Wizard, and select your new 5 extruder profile at the very top. You should then see 5 separate columns where you can choose which model is printed by each extruder.
If you follow those same steps, do you see the 5 separate columns?
