Gap between Outline and Infill

Hello!

I have some trouble with the parameter "extrusion width" combined with the "outline overlap". As you see in the pictures below there is still a gap between the outline perimeter and the infill when the extrusion width is set to 0.44 and the outline overlap to 20 % (default). Whats really confusing is that Simplify whants to print another line at the top, which does not fit anymore into the space between the outline and the infill.
The problem is on the bottom we have no contact between the infill and the outline and on the top we have to much contact/material.
I´ve tried out several settings but i cant figure out a solution for this.

I hope someone can help me.

Kind regards

Re: Gap between Outline and Infill

Just go back to the default infill angles of +45 and -45 degrees. It makes it much easier to fill shapes like these.
