No matter what I tried, I couldn't make the software to generate support for the bottom middle part in this model http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:185213

Try changing the resolution and threshold angle:

and then decreasing

Horizontal Offset From Part and the upper and lower vertical separtion in the support tab.

Thankyou. I missed tweaking the "Horizontal Offset From Part". I think some kind of diagnostic information will be useful to troubleshoot this type of issues.
